  • Do not go there! Their incompetence is staggering. I had an MRI which is about 15 minutes but was there for 2.5 hours including the 15 minutes to get a CD with the images. This was on a Friday. The following Wednesday I go a call from them that they needed to talk with me. I returned the call but Heidi was not there so the receptionist talked to a man who said some of the images didn't make it to the CD so I needed to come back in to get them. I asked if the images would be sent to my doctor anyway. Heidi left a message that she hadn't heard from me. When I called back she had no record that I had called before. I was told that they didn't have the images on the server. After probing they did a software upgrade so they were gone. I was told to bring the CD back in so they could upload them. Another trip to Simonmed. Another 15 minute wait only to be told that the images they need were not on the CD. They offered to do another MRI later that afternoon. NO WAY! They delete my images and don't but the right ones on the CD. I Will not let them touch me again. Calls to the office manager have not been returned.
