  • I understand it is the Mexican holiday and you guys are slammed, but I've been here for 25 minutes as well as em the people beside me and we have yet to receive and chips and salsa. Our drinks have also been empty for atleast 10 minutes. Even while busy you should Atleast check on your guests. My drink has been empty while the bartender is talking to a customer sitting next to me and I try to say something And make eye contact and am ignored. I work in the service industry so this service is unacceptable. I know what it's like to be in the weeds and having your ass handed to you, your employees need better teamwork.
