  • Ok, just another update. So I was given a a supreme wash coupon from a family member. And since I have a foot in a hard cast washing the car was the last thing I wanted to tackle. So on a sunny day I drove over and they talked me into upgrading to an Ultimate plus because I STRESSED i wanted the carpets front and back cleaned. Well first of all when i got to my car even the front floors barely looked like they cleaned then well and when i got into the car i had a couple of coffee drips in the center console that you could see a mile away. They didn't even attempt to wipe them up. Since i was in a cast doing a more thorough inspection didn't happen at the time. And when i did complain about a couple of things the worker gave me nothing but attitude. I was getting ready to drive back over to the front entrance and get in touch with one of the managers but by this time I was so frustrated I decided just to leave. When I got home 10 minutes later I folded the seats back up and look at the pictures of the vacuum job. This place needs a quality control person that inspects your car before they hand you the keys. Maybe they should take one of the real personable individual that they place in the front to sell you on anything and everything and make him start checking the job that they actually sell you. I did a better job with my Home Depot Bucket Head vacuum in a few minutes than they did. Fix your problem Cobblestone.
