  • The store itself was clean most cages were also clean. Customer service is not their thing tho. When I first walked in I saw a dead snake with a bunch of flies all over it... I mentioned to an employee that they had a dead snake and she didn't really respond and kinda gave me a look like I was stupid as if when she walked over it wasn't going to be dead. We originally came in to look at and purchase some gliders.... the same employee came over very friendly and asked if she could help... I then asked if I could see some of the gliders but the response I got back was as follows... "they are kinda mean and crab at me and then jump on my face" so then I asked ok well can we at least open the pouch to look at them and she was unwilling to do so. Because of that they lost a possible sale. The glider cage in particular was very dirty and barren nothing in the cage for them to play with. The rest of the enclosures seemed to be kept up properly however many of the animals were very skinny and some not well taken care of.
