  • Finally. A high-quality coffee shop in Concord. All these years I've been driving to Charlotte to get good quality espresso. But now just down the street I can visit Groundwork Common and get the great quality coffee that I enjoy the most. And you must give the pastries a try. Even if you're typically a healthy eater, these are worth the diversion. It's all healthy ingredients and the taste is beyond description. The best pastries I've had at any coffee shop and I travel extensively. The owner, the barista's, and the baker are all very friendly and easy to talk to. A great social gathering place in a very comfortable venue. There was even live music when I stopped in Sunday afternoon.
