  • Unable to attend the funeral if a family member after much research I chose this florist after being advertised as award winning. After speaking with Sal I sent a detailed email that I wanted a large version of their white garden with a crystal cross add 3 white roses and they guaranteed me that like the white garden on line the basket would have a peace lily. I requested a picture prior to them sending it. The cost $154.00. The first attempt had no roses and no lily, for white flowers they used small mums on long stems and two carnations. $154 arrangement and they put $3.00 worth of mums and carnations. I complained, they called the arrangement back, I spoke with Madison who spoke with manager rather than replacing mums/carnations with roses and adding a small peace lily they replaced the white garden all together and sent a larger peace lily with the cross jammed in and stuck 2 roses in it and still charged me $154. I feel cheated and as an out of state customer I would suggest that you find another vendor because they do not know what they are doing or care about the out of state customer. I would not have known what my family received if family had not sent picture me a pict and once they have your $ they do not care.
