I've used them off and on in the past, but I really don't have many bug problems so I only call when needed. Last week I was seeing ants in my front yard so I had them out for an exterior only service. They had a $25 welcome back special so I took advantage of it. The tech was late for the appointment, not a huge deal so I didn't say anything about that. A week later I still noticed the ants, I called back on a Saturday and left a message but didn't get a call back so I called them. When I explained the problem the answer I got was, oh yea, that welcome back program is really just a kick start. We need to come back out for a second visit for $55. After that you will get a 30 day warranty. None of that was explained in the beginning. Now it turns into $80 for an exterior service. Not such a great deal. When I said I wasn't Interested in paying more money since the first one didn't work, why would I assume the second one would. Is it a different chemical, did they use any chemical at all on the first visit? All I got was ok sir you have a good day.
Not a great way to retain customers.
I got a response from Daniel B that was not helpful. He just re said what I was told on the phone when I first called for help. I guess they train everybody to say the same thing. Since the procedure was not explained properly in the beginning how about a refund?
