  • I booked a reservation with preflight parking online, as a last minute resort as transportation plans had changed. I've had awful experiences with airport parking in the past, with overage charges for $10, to crowded spaces. Preflight parking is exactly the opposite. I arrived at the location at 8am. It was very easy to scan barcode reservation from smartphone and proceed to covered parking. While the entrance was automated, I was greeted by a representative asking if I needed help finding my reservation location. After finding a great covered spot, I took the elevator down to catch the included shuttle. Elevators were absolutely spotless and had a fresh scent. 2 folks in the lobby greeted me, offered me coffee/water/snacks, and a flyer with instructions on when I arrive back to phoenix and how to arrange shuttle pickup-- everything was so easy!! Shuttles very also very clean, and driver doesn't demand tips or awkwardly stand there waiting for one-- although I did give a small tip as I see customary. Upon arrival back to phoenix a week later, shuttle was extremely prompt picking me up from my terminal. Again, no pressure for tip, and shuttle was clean as usual. When leaving the very shaded facility, I scanned reservation barcode and only had to pay $2 for 35 minutes over-- parking in sky harbor will charge you a FULL DAYA for one minute over, so I didn't mind at all paying the small overage. As when I arrived, when I left a representative was standing at the gate and offered to assist me with payment. She also offered me water for my drive (huge outdoor refrigerator stocked with water). Everyone was so friendly, facilities super clean, on time shuttle, and efficiently operated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
