We had an amazing experience at Paul Martin's so I wanted to share it with the rest of the Scottsdale community. We arrive at 8:00PM without a reservation, not knowing if they were going to be able to seat us right away.. and they did no problem. Our waitress, Heather, was incredible right from the get-go. I have food allergies and she wasn't hesitant or put off by my inquisitions. She was willing to go above and beyond my requests and made me feel special like every other patron. When you have food allergies, most of the time, your options are limited to one or two "safe" things on the menu. Heather was able to offer me alternatives and meet my requests no problem.
FOR THOSE OF YOU WITH GLUTEN ALLERGIES/SENSITIVITIES - they have a SEPARATE fryer for their french fries, which means no cross contamination!! This is epic, considering most restaurants just pile them all in together. I was so excited to be able to get a bunless burger, with the toppings, and sweet potato fries that were super crispy and flavorful. It was one of the best experiences I've had eating out in ages and I can't say enough good things about their waitstaff, their food and their service. HIGHLY recommend!!!
