Maybe leaving a one star review will actually get me a call back from the management at this property. Needless to say, I am more than disappointed with how everything is turning out. The hotel is fine, room was your average hotel suite. Beds are not the most comfortable but that's not why they are getting one star.
We have been getting charged for our stay every morning since we left! Full charge for 3 nights plus tax was $501.46. Paid in full with our Visa when we checked out. Later my husband noticed a second charge on his account for the same amount. He called and they reversed it. Well, the next morning we were charged yet again. I called to speak with Eli (not sure that's how you spell it) and she was not very helpful. She was supposed to call us back and never did. So this morning we wake up to ANOTHER CHARGE! Why?! What is happening?! So now we have had a total of over $2000 taken out of my husbands account. $1000 was refunded, but we still paid $1000 for 3 nights and a shitty old town Hilton. Are you kidding me??? They also hard charged my original MasterCard for $360 from the original booking, which was finally refunded after I called yesterday. So...$2360 total taken for 3 nights. Only $1360 refunded.
I called again to speak to Michael the manager who I was told was in his office, but sadly I had to leave another voicemail. We have traveled a lot, stayed in many hotels, and have never EVER had to deal with this kind of bull$hit. I travel in and out of Scottsdale once a month, and you can be sure I will not be staying with them again. I will do my best to never give ANY Hilton properties a dime of my money ever again. I am annoyed and disappointed. This is unacceptable. Hilton, you have stolen from us and we want our money back.
