  • Noted some improvement in customer service but their frequent flier program still needs work. Wish they'd fly into La Guardian or JFK rather than Newark. Avoid any airline flying into Newark if you're headed anywhere uptown in NYC or if you're going east of 6th ave otherwise Newark is fine.
