  • DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY! They start with the name, $10 tickets. Mine was $25! After you pay, they just go away and ignore you. I called several times and was then told she "Mikela Trammel" requests a new court date. I could never get a confirmation of when this date would be. Then, I called to advise I would be out of town and I needed a phone call to be sure I didn't miss anything. Crickets again. Then, after going into their office, I find that the results of her showing up for me were emailed to me along with a letter asking I confirm receipt. It went to my spam email and I was told the person responsible for confirming receipt was no longer with them. Well, that didn't help me now that a warrant was going to be issued and they tacked on an additional $100 to the fine that was never reduced in the first place. They would do nothing to help! I also asked for my $25 back due to the lack of service from their now fired employee, and after the promise of a call back, I have still heard nothing. I stood in front of the judge today and luckily got the points off my record and it dismissed, but not after paying more in fines. $10 ticket and Mikela Trammel are scammers! You can do so much better by yourself and I just wish I would have never seen their sign. I like Melisa K. wish there was a zero or - rating for this company. They do not deserve the 1 star.
