I wanted to review the location in Highland Hts. but could not find it here. Had my daughter's 8th birthday party there today and boy do I have a few things to say. First of all this is about the most unfriendly group of workers I have ever seen. Everyone from the check in desk to the teenager working the concession stand was surly and looked less than enthused to be there. You do not need 30 min to sign guests in and go over the rules. 15 min would be plenty considering the rules presentation consisted of our "coordinator" yelling over the noise of that place, with a flip chart in her hands. If the rules are so important, why are the children not taken to a separate quiet room where they can hear and comprehend what is being said? And good luck hearing any announcements. The microphone in there sounds awful and anything spoken over that system is super loud gibberish! As far as the trampoline portion goes, it's just OK. One tiny foam pit, 2 tiny basketball hoops and the lines move at a snails pace even when its not packed in there. Dodgeball which is not great for all demographics and an open jump area that the kids became slightly bored jumping in. In closing, 500$ for greasy pizza, bored kids and bad attitudes.. Good job Skyzone Highland Heights, NOT..
