  • The apartment makes me SO sick! Like actual medical, health Risk sick and the manager is no help at all. the maintainance staff will tell you a specific day and time for which they will come, but they never show up and you have to call every day in order to get them to your apartment. The washers and dryers In The units do not work at all and my air conditioner leaks into the carpet. Which probably is causing mold. And they shut the water off all the time! It's the most infuriating thing! You can get an apartment that is way nicer, with much better management almost anywhere else! If I could go back and not sign the lease i would do it in a heartbeat! This complex is owned by Mark taylor, and I'm going to give the advice of not renting from Mark taylor ever. They are a cruel corporate office that just looks at numbers and policies. With me being so sick in the apartment and having to get attorneys involved I can see that to them I really am just income and a number. Sincerely, VERY dissatisfied costumer
