  • Since the day i ever came in contact with these unprofessional scam artists, i have counted the days till we can part! My g/f and i moved to Las Vegas from sacramento and unfortunately had to rent sight unseen. The place was TRASHED when we finally arrived to our home after 10 hours of driving. Did they care...absolutely not! Place was not cleaned, walls not painted, former tenets property still in and around house, carpets not even vacuumed! I would have sworn last tenants moved the day before. i called to inform them and was told it's not there problem, we should face looked at the property first. You do realize we lived 500 miles away...thanks for the help! Now upon living here we have realized that any problem you have will take a minimum of 2 weeks to fix and you are financially response for EVERYTHING! Marisol is very rude, unprofessional and lacks empathy for other human beings! After 1 complaint she refuses to even take our phone calls now...i do everything through maintenance. They are money sucking scumbags...STAY FAR AWAY!
