  • Love sprockets, the girl that works there is absolutely awesome to the tenth degree.. super helpful, knowledgeable, and actually seems to care.. each time I've been there, there are people that seem like they came just to talk to her. The happy hour is great, the fried cauliflower is extremely heavy and covered in mayonnaise but it's delicious.. the barbacoa they serve in their tacos had a great flavor but is obviously braised at too high s temperature for not enough time leaving tough stringy meat that gets stuck in the teeth. Honestly though every time we go I literally want to order everything , The Whole menu sounds great and they have a wide selection.. kimchi toast ? Awesome .. the beets are overpriced and not recommended as are the salads.. small plates, sushi and mains are the way to go. I like how they have a pint of the day and their beer selection is always changing and you can always try the beer first... I highly recommend sprockets and again the girl that works there ( I wish I remembered her name) is awesome!! I guess this review was more about sprockets than Whole Foods but I'll take my years of restaurant experience and give a quick breakdown.. seafood, skip I've gotten food poisoning every time I've risked it. They need to learn how to store heirloom tomato because right now they're pretty much turning them to garbage. Good produce and dry goods selection with some good deals but it is Whole Foods... meat department is awesome , their seasoned bacon is great and it always smells delicious over there .. steaks are great if you got money to blow. Sand which department is great, although the people are a little clueless..now the pizza station.. source of many a headache for me. We get a normal pizza and a gluten free vegan one. They have messed up that damn vegan pizza every way possible, over cooked, undercooked, real cheese ! , fake Meat with gluten, whole awkward olives instead of sliced l, and their knife skills in general are garbage. Multigrain with mushrooms, peppers, olives, and pepperoni is delicious though. Now their prepared foods section.. all crap.. looks like a sh!tty station casinos buffet. The hot items look shot out and dry, all the food is bland and tasteless.. and their salad bar is just plain overpriced.. that's all hope my review wasn't too long and helps out somebody ! Thanks
