I gave my wife a gift of a macaron baking class for Christmas. The class started at 10:00 a.m. It was right on time. The staff offers coffee and tea and was incredibly friendly. Chef Louis was in charge of the class and he was wonderful. Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. It was great hearing the science behind everything involved in making these little cookies. I've always heard that they're difficult to make, but Chef Louis made it pretty easy. My wife and I are very confident we can make these at home now! There are tons of cooking classes that range from homemade pasta to traditional Korean dishes. I highly recommend attending one that catches your eye.
