Ahwatukee location has a lot to improve on. While competent enough in imaging, customer service is lacking. Clearly volume of clients is an issue in relation to staffing. Not enough staff to meet demands. Confusion over which appointments may be walk in or needed to be scheduled. Unclear information given at time of booking over how to prepare for tests, resulting in inability to get test, therefore wasting my time by having to come back. Ultrasound technician has a total lack of personality or empathy. Overall feeling of indifference toward me. Not good enough when there are so many other radiology companies vying for my business. Truly a poor expetience allround. I will not be suggesting this company to family or friends
