  • ## PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS PLACE AS A LIVING PLACE ## This place is a hell hole! Worst apartment complex ever me my girlfriend and my son lived there for about 6 months and ended up breaking our lease because of how much of a ghetto shit hole it was .. let me names a few things The staff there (regina) is the nicest person until she hands you over the keys then she becomes a worthless rude piece of $@#% The maintenance men will willfully let themselves into your home if you don't answer on the first knock .. i woke up from a nap with my son after hearing a knock on the door I responded in about 15 seconds and as I walked towards my stairway he had already opened my front door with his own key to check our fire extinguisher.. invasion of privacy you think !! This whole complex is ghetto the neighbors play loud music at 3 am and when you tell security they dont do anything .. we complained 3 times sent multiple emails and no response! Finally we go to the office and they say we need a witness You know this place is terrible when you'd rather pay the $1,500 to break the lease rather than live there another day
