  • After reserving a car with an agent over the phone, Thrifty told me that even using a debit card, there would be no denial, only MAYBE an ADDITIONAL deposit, due to low credit score. I was ok with that. When I FINALLY got to the counter (after 2 hours of waiting...) I was denied due to credit score. The ONLY reason that I'm giving this business a 3star is because our sales associate referred us to ALAMO... where it was SOOO EASY to rent a car... Overall, Not a good business to rent from if you have less than perfect credit...
