  • i moved in with my family here when i was barely 16. the mantainance guy, hymi, at viz caya creeped on me ever since, moreover, he has sexually harrassed me since day one. if you go on apartment.com im sure you will find another renter from this neighborhood that had the same problem as me. im currently 20, we finally move out this place thank god. there is a sewage tunnel right next to it. there are homeless people trying to hurt kids, the security guard, robbing cars, and staring through windows... i honestly could have put a law suit. i remember the exact date when the maintainance guy harrassed me. the bed bug infestation was crucial too.. they did not do anything until the bugs got to gym which is located at the office. they didnt fix anything until five months passed.
