  • So, I have been to Joe's before, and Liberty Market and enjoy both. This experience I was quite un-impressed. I had never done "to-go" with Joe's. I called in the order after looking at the menu online. I tried to order a chicken sandwich. She said, OK, what cheese, so I told her to add pepper jack cheese. I asked to add avocado. Oh, we are out. Ok, that's fine. Does it come with a side? No. Can I add a side. Sure. I wanted to add garlic fries. We don't have that. OK, what do you have? Maybe I was confused about their to-go process?? She rattled off what I could get to-go so I add chips. When I got to the to-go counter outside, I didn't see any of the sides I originally wanted, so makes sense, I think the sides are different with the to-go. Well, the sandwich came and I saw the chips so I figured everything was fine. We were downtown Gilbert to listen to music so we took our food with us. When I sat down to eat, no cheese, and no napkins of any kind. Just the chicken with the bun, and chips. I thought for what I paid, there would be something other than that? Anyways, won't do to-go with Joe's anymore.
