  • We bought a house and called Lady Bug to exterminate before we moved in. Not that there was a problem, but as a precaution. The person on the phone was friendly and courteous as he scheduled our appointment. When we has to change it because of a scheduling conflict they had no problem with the cancellation. They booked another appointment with no problem. They called before they came so we could crate our dog. The tech was friendly and professional. The first time spray was $100.00, this was for the inside and outside. It will be $45.00 after that. We will continue to use this company as their customer service is outstanding.
