Went here on 12/09 at around 8:45 AMZ Had pre-ordered on the Starbucks app for a hot drink that was customized. This was the second time I had gotten my order incorrectly. I had mentioned this right away when I wen to pick up my mobile order. Since it's getting colder I wanted a hot drink. I didn't mind waiting or even paying extra for them to fix my order but when I brought it up so they can fix my order the barista gave me an attitude and then proceeded to make my order. While watching them I had mentioned that I had asked for half and half which the barista had stated I would need to pay extra for. I had already mentioned this in my custom order on the app so I felt really frustrated. I left without getting my drink and when I had called to tell the supervisor on duty she merely brushed off my worries and told me to have a good day. It was horrible.
