  • Went in for an oil change and waited about 1.5 to 2 hours at the 'quick lube'. The lady came out and told me I needed new tires, one had a nail in it with low tread and it was unsafe to drive. She also mention 2 different filters that needed replacing. I knew my tires were good so it confused me. I said I would take my car to Discount Tire and that they could change the filters. A while later the lady came out and apologized stating that my car was fine, the filters were good and my tires are good. She said she had the wrong car. I'm not sure how that happens but I was thankful not to have to pay for repairs that weren't necessary. Long wait and confusion at the 'quick lube'. Not entirely pleasant but I will still return to Chapman.
