  • I took my mother in today for a special skin package that included IPL, etc. and she was beaming when she came outside. She had several treatments in one session, so she was in there just over 2 hours. My mother has had these procedures before in Tampa at one of the top cosmetic facilities in town, and knew she would be in too much pain to drive home and asked me to come. I used the free wifi in the lobby and caught up on work while I waited. Once it was complete and she hopped in the car, my mother talked about how lovely Alex was for a solid 30 minutes; how gentle and thorough she was, how she was so careful not to hurt her and she couldn't believe how minimal the pain was this time. Apparently Alex also used some kind of cooling cream on her that she never received in Tampa which helped a great deal. She was incredibly giddy and impressed, and that made me very happy. I promised her I would update my review on Yelp for her. Also, about an hour ago I stopped by at her house and already saw a significant difference in her face tone, with all dark spots already removed. It was amazing. She was giggling and talking about how excited she is for her upcoming package and started to fret she didn't really tip her enough. Thank you Alex and the team for making the experience so lovely for my mom. She needed that more than you know and I am grateful.
