  • I wish I could say I actually had the chance to get the services I wanted. I waited for 55 minutes and they said they would be right with me. I got sat in a chair with cold water and no massage. I sat there for 5 minutes and after looking around I realized I wasn't going to get a pedicure for awhile. I understand that they were busy, but it would have been nice if they would have told me that when I walked in instead of saying they would be right with me. Seemed like a nice place but hey need to tell potential customers if the wait is going to be longer than an hour. Also, they took 3 of us that were waiting back at the same time and started working on someone that got there approximately 20 minutes after me. That's not ok either.
