  • Cox customer service is AWFUL! I have been having a problem for the past 6 nights where the picture and sound starts cutting out around 9 pm. It gets worse and worse until it is completely un-watchable.It is fine during the day but does not work at night. I have had their technicians out here three times in the past week. They all said that they didn't see a problem (of course not! It only happens at night!) but they have replaced the drop from their feed to my house and replaced both of my cable boxes - SAME PROBLEM!!! They refuse to come out at night when my cable is not working.
