  • Bamboo is a good Vietnamese restaurant. The noodles soups are really large and the stir-fry dishes are good as well. Vegetarian eggplant and various curry dishes are done well here. However, their prices are a little high. My disappointment with Bamboo is the service. It is not good. The hostesses are particularly unfriendly and the waitresses are a no-show through much of your meal. This really sucks when you need more water or a condiment. When you finish your meal, waiting long periods of time for your check is the norm as well. Other than the service and entrees that are $2-$3 too expensive, Bamboo's food is decent.
