Great buffet! It's kind of hidden-you have to walk down lots of halls and around corners to find. But worth the search :) We went around 11am and it was empty. Tons of different foods to choose from-highlights were the crab legs & shrimp and I loved the dim sum selection. My favorite was the bloody mary bar (extra $12) and all the delicous desserts & pastries. I normally prefer the Mirage buffet but this one is great too if you're staying at the SLS. I don't know if I'd venture to the SLS just to try it though. The other buffets on the strip are just as good and more convenient if you're staying that way.
