  • Affordable Plumbing, Rooter and Water Heaters ("AP") is on my list of vendors to call. Yep, I created a list of "go to" vendors so that I'm not scrambling when, not if, our home needs servicing. I love how responsive/communicative AP is. I get a text telling me the time slot I am in and providing a picture of the service person that will be in our home. Now, as to pricing...I don't know if I would say AP is the most affordable, but I am a firm believer in the mantra "You get what you pay for". I will always call on AP, unless/until I can afford them. LOL.
