  • I have recently had problems with one of my battery cables. I even went as far as leaving it at an unnamed Auto repair for the day, with the same problem, battery cable came loose, again, and my Jeep not starting. I recently had neck surgery and was leaving my scheduled doctor facility and my jeep would not start. I brought out my trusty hammer and banged on the cable post. After about 30 minutes, my jeep started. I drove it to Big O to see if someone could help me with the cable. I was driving near one of the open bays at Big O, when Moe asked if he could help. I told him what had happened 30 minutes prior and he said, I can fix that, unlatch the hood. In less than 15 minutes, Moe had the cable repaired, tightened and my car starts like a new car. I have not had any problems with my Jeep starting, since. I am so impressed with the instant, courteous and efficient service that I had to share my positive experience, as this does not happen often. Thank you, Moe, you are one in a Million!!! June
