| - As an attorney and RA patient since 2003, I have had RA services in Colorado and Wisconsin and in comparison, and it is my honest opinion that this place is a hot mess. My experience with them is long and only because I remained optimistic, time and time again. My experience is not a novelty visit like some posts on here. For three years now, I have endured poor quality care, scheduling, an adverse reaction to meds, extreme weight gain from poor health management, weeks, months of waits for scheduling and call backs, numerous "required" office visits to do nothing and produce nothing, repeat lab results for their own poor practices and shortcomings. My insurance has gotten raked over and here I sit 2.5 months later to get a new prescription and cannot get it because people will be "off for weeks" for vacation. They do not answer their phones or return calls. I have had to pay out of pocket for meds because of their inability to place orders. I have watched other patients come to the front desk demanding care and medications and call backs as well. I used to run mini-triathlons, 5ks and 10ks and weigh 40 lbs lighter before I came to the clinic. In fact, I had an extremely healthy pregnancy just before becoming a patient at AA&RA. Now I am swollen, in pain, fatigued with lumps all over my wrists and fingers (do these go away, ever?) and frankly, miserable - all or most of the time. I'm lucky if I can walk my dog for 10 minutes. These folks are FIRED!
