  • After a 40 min drive, we walked into the showroom with a 15K budget to hook up our house with custom railings, security doors & gates. Felt insulted immediately upon arrival when the blonde lady in the office looked at us, but didnt even bother to get up from her desk and ask how she could help. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time for assistance, we walked out! I can only imagine what it would have been like to actually DO business with an establishment that would treat customers this way? I doubt they do much business if that's how they operate. Thankfully we had another option for the custom iron work... a place that was not only happy to help us, but thrilled to help us spend our money!
