  • I was given a gift card for $100. When I went to use it, the cashier told me it was expired. I contacted customer support who told me store policy says that they now keep my hundred dollars. I have my own policy. You steal money from people, you never see my business again. Somebody paid $100 for a gift certificate. And they decide that it has an expiration date, and that they are entitled to keep the entire amount. It is absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves.
