  • There was no wait, but when I walked in to talk to the receptionist, she wouldn't get off a personal phone call to answer my question, just told me to fill out a form. It took a second person to walk in behind me for her to get off the damn phone. The medical assistant was really nice...probably the only that gives a damn about patients being there. When the doctor came in, he asked why I stopped taking a certain medicine, and I explained that it was causing pain. He looked at me like I was stupid, then repeated the question. I tried to explain what was going on, but he wouldn't shut up long enough for me to explain myself. He really makes people feel guilty, as if they just ruined his day by coming into the office. This place needs new staff!!
