  • Came in to exchange the drill I bought for my dad as a Father's Day gift. It was defective and making a loud noise when stopped. When we went in, the cashier, Dean said the drill made a normal noise. No it did not because once we got the exchange completed and checked in the parking lot, that noise was not there anymore. My dad knows his tools. This man did not clearly know trying to make it seem like it was a waste of our time to exchange and it was a normal noise. Last time I ever go here. The cashiers are rude. The manager on the other hand is super nice and picks up their slack in customer service. The manager processed the exchange. But I have to give it a one star for the employee spewing out lies.
