  • Been with Cox for close to 20 years and not by choice. Finally migrated one phone line to cox last Wednesday. Just found out earlier today you can call out on the line but no one can call in. People trying to call us received the line was out of order. I was told the nitwit who did the migration FORGOT TO update the modum. As a result this line was for a very small home business and because customers could not reach us they have left us. Thanks very much Cox for closing us down! Cox needs to weed out all of the lacking and non skilled employees which I believe is probably some 80% of their employees.
