  • This repair service is very expensive, more so than most. I called them because they are local, about 5 min drive from me. Their service fee is 85.00 and it does NOT credit to the repair. Parts and labor were additional and very highly marked up. Mike is a very nice guy, but I was expecting a more professional diagnosis. Because his initial diagnosis was poorly done, I ended up without a washing machine for over a week, and a total of 2 repair visits that cost almost as much as a new machine would have cost. Sorry to say this, but I felt ripped off both times I paid him, The fact that I was without a machine for over a week still pisses me off. Now, less than 6 mos later I have the same problem again, but I'm calling a different company. Just had a repair person leave, and oh what a pleasure to see someone actually use a circuit tester to diagnose the problem. He cleared all the old codes, (left by Mike), and stabilized a wire harness that led to a broken wire. It makes me very upset that Mike did not think to stabilize the wire harness on his previous two expensive repair visits.
