  • The office was super helpful and professional. I had repeated issues with the technician. He showed up hours after his scheduled time, dropped poison in my house that I had to clean up so my dog wouldn't eat it, and was uninformed as to what he was to do at my house. The problem I had wasn't addressed properly and eventually, they pulled their stations from my yard and said that the bait melts in the summer and that I was to pay for the two months of the bait being melted and ineffective. I would highly suggest another company.
