  • All I have to say is the ratings on this dealership speak for themselves! Congrats on 2 and 1/2 stars, lol, when you truly deserve zero stars. AJ & Ed (who both claim to be sales managers) are total clowns and I kind of find it funny that this dealership is still even in business! They also try to sneak in the "AutoGear" as a standard charge on your vehicle, so beware, because most trustworthy dealers either disclose it to you, or say; it's not worth it because ford sends it to us without "autogear" and get it done somewhere cheaper and of better quality. They lost my business and lied through their teeth about too many things they had no answers for. The GM Kent is no better because he allows these clowns of his to run the sales floor. And David, I truly think it's time for you to retire, seriously! An 80 year old car salesman is not someone who I am trying to do business with either. You are as motivated as a tortoise. All this dealership does is ping pong you from person to person, and they all blame each other for the others mistakes. Do yourself a favor and go to Earnhardt! Or anywhere else! Earnhardt are at least a true, no hassle dealership, despite AutoNation Ford of North Scottsdale claiming to be a "no hassle dealership." I see this dealership lasting another year, at best! Molly must really get tired of responding to all of these negative reviews!
