  • Dr. Chung has been my family's optometrist for so long I can't imagine what we were doing before him. As cliche as it sounds, Dr. Chung is like family. The service is in his office is great and all of the staff are very nice and helpful should you have any questions. Dr. Chung has a way of making you feel at ease during the exam and ways keeps you engaged which is a good way of keeping you distracted (even though going to the eye doctor is way different then going to the dentist). I guess I say this because I feel as though my exams are a bit more involved then both my mom and brother, and possibly my dad. I do have a few things going on with my eyes (astigmatism, extreme near-sightedness, and possible retinal detachment) so I have to see him every year. But each time I get a detailed explanation of how my eyes are doing. Dr. Chung has a way of explaining things to you without making you feel like an idiot. And he's always willing to take the time to answer any questions you have. This is so important to me that I do appreciate when a healthcare provider actually takes the time to listen. Dr. Chung has 3 locations so if you're looking for a good eye doctor with a reputation to back it up, Dr. Chung is definitely someone to look into.
