  • This review is about Cox in general, not a store location. On the one hand, they're good about coming to our home to fix problems with cables, or give advice over the phone and troubleshoot. On the other hand, their internet service is slow and inconsistent. We don't want to pay a lot for more speed, and I suspect more money won't make if faster anyway. I'm tired of rebooting my computer to get it going again. We've had our computer checked out by a relative in IT and our computers are in perfect shape. Where we live, Cox is the only service available.
