  • It took us over two hours to get into our room from unloading car very few valets very few bellhops slow service we got to our room got unloaded only to have a stranger show up with a key that fit our door who said it was his room. We were given a second room only to find out later that the television did not work then we were given a third room only to find out that the view of the strip was now a view of the roof we would check out but we bought five nights prepaid nonrefundable this is Saturday, 20 February if you're reading this Excalibur you need to retrain your people. We won't be back. Part Two: Its now past midnight and our room has not been cleaned , it might be due to everyone in the hotel being awakened by the very loud fire alarm at 3am and again at 4am scaring everyone awake. the maid just showed up at 12:45am. This has been the worst stay of any hotel we've stayed at. These usually are signs that a hotel is on hard times. I wished we had not booked five nights. Two more to go, stay tuned.
