  • This store has poor customer service. I contacted the "mother ship" to share my experience about shopping at this store, was promised a call back by the service rep from the store manager. It has never happened. This exactly what type of culture is facilitated here. Choose a different rack or just do sales at Nordstrom. At least at Nordstrom they have some standards, even in Arizona.
