  • Nice hotel. However 2 of the 4 rooms we has were not up yo par. Temperature gauge on AC does not work. We previous visitors blood on sheets. NAsty!!! Cigarette burns and stains on her robe in the room. Manager manny was great to address that situation. However the rest of the managers at the front desk were very poor. We needed an extra day and they insisted we move out of the new better room to a crappy room or else pay 250 dollars more. This was retaliatory and I would not expect this from a hotel of the "class". Devin and Joe were supervisors of the front desk who insisted on us moving even though the hotel was not full and we were spending on food, drink and gambling the entire stay. Awful management overall Additionally the wait staff at the pool ignored my wife for over a hour. It wasn't until I arrived that we got any service at all. I will not stay here next time in henderson.
