rev:text	++UPDATE: I got a generic apology response from the business and upon responding, no further response. I ended up paying $1200 more than expected and didn't get the dress I wanted!!! This review is long overdue as I was worried they would purposefully mess something else up for me if I wrote it at the time of my purchase. I found my dream dress in less than 15 minutes. The girl helping me and another lady working that night seemed to be beefing at the time. One girl was saying I should be in an 8 while the other was saying no way it should be a 6 and minor alterations. I tried on a 6 in the dress (just a different shade) and we decided it would be perfect I just need to bring the bust in as I am small in the chest. Mind you my dream was to have the button down back and this dress had it! When the dress came in months later...it was a 4. Basically they didn't even give me a chance to see what could have gone wrong with the order and began saying how did I gain all this weight so fast. With all the measurements they're saying I gained enough weight to have added 5 inches. Don't know how that's possible in such a short amount of time. But sadly, I am easily hushed and pushed over especially when they all jumped to start blaming me for the dress no longer fitting. There was no time to try to order the right size plus they were trying to charge to reorder. On top of that they threatened that I would not have my dress done in time if I didn't pay everything vs trying to do a payment plan for alterations. I was stuck with the dress they had ordered in the wrong size and had to change the back to a corset (goodbye to the button back I wanted!) on top of other alterations I needed which was $1200 more than what I should've paid. This all cost more than the dress itself. I hated my experience here and hated every single time I had to go in and face these dishonest people. During one of my visits there was an argument between the staff and a gentleman who seemed to be upset about incorrect quoting and for them to "give us the price you told us." Seems like a common practice here so just be careful and document everything in case they try to pull a fast one on you.
