  • Be careful of warranty, the sales person will say you can return exchange repair items but when you actually claim the warranty they will say this is not covered that is not covered and you should have called within 5 days and only if it's an accident not normal wear and tear. The products are not worth he hassle or cost. Moreover the warranty is via third party company which has its own rules and may not provide service even if Ashley approves. Update: Ashley contacted me and sent the third party warranty guy to look at the furniture and declined the claim. Just a sham. Never buying from them again.
