  • I'm surprised the customer service isn't better. I come in at 6 am a few times a week, the lady that watches the self checkout never offers a "good morning" or anything at all. She just looks at me with a blank look on her face. Is it so difficult to say "good morning" or "have a nice day." A smile wouldn't hurt either.
