Purchased a groupon for a 50-minute Swedish massage. They refused to take my Groupon because it wasn't mentioned at the time of my booking. They said it was stated on the Groupon that I had to mention that I purchased the groupon at time of purchase. We both checked the "fine print" section and nothing was stated about that. I spoke with the manager and she said I could not use the groupon. It's basically a bait-and-switch tactic to get you to purchase the Groupon and then they charge you full price. Ridiculous. Plus there was an extra 20% for nothing. And that's on top of the tip. This place is a scam. Groupon should be notified of their practices because this ruins the good name of Groupons reputation.
This is supposed to be a spa to relax people but this interaction was far from soothing. Will never go to this place. There are so many other spas on the strip which have far superior customer service. I spoke with 2 different people at Drift and neither were helpful. I don't know how customer service can be this poor at a spa.its Vegas! Hire a customer service representative with conflict resolution experience instead of people who just make up their own rules as they feel like on that day.
Getting a refund for Groupon and going to the Spa at COSMOPOLITAN. Should have just done that in the first place.
